How Can We Help?
Pizza
-
Also known as Pizza Napoletana, this style of pizza originates in Naples, Italy and is defined by its soft, chewy crust with a puffy, charred outer edge (the cornicione). Traditionally cooked in a wood-fired oven at around 900°F, a Neapolitan pizza bakes in just 60–90 seconds, giving it its signature blistered, spotted crust.
-
Neapolitan-style pizza is traditionally eaten with a fork and knife. The crust is soft, which makes it tricky to pick up and eat by hand when hot. We recommend a fork and knife to start, then once you are down to the crust you can use it to sop up the sauce that remains on the plate. In Italy, we call this scarpetta.
-
We recommend reheating your pizza by placing it in a 450° F oven for 3 to 5 minutes. We serve our takeout pizzas uncut to make reheating them easier. No pan required!
